When you delete or drag files to recycle bin, maybe you must wait more than 20 second to start deleting process. If you feel like this on your computer with windows vista, don’t worry about this. It’s normal and fine. This caused by the feature of your windows vista.
It called Remote Differential Remote. Remote Differential Compression (RDC) allows data to be synchronized with a remote source using compression techniques. This feature work to minimize the amount of data sent across the network. this feature not work as well and make transferred files slowly.
What relation with recycle bin? As we know, recycle bin not a network!
This is not relation with recycle bin anything. But, this can make bad effect on recycle bin so make the transfer more slowly.
To deactivate this feature, you must login as administrator. Run the Programs and Features at control panel. Just choose Turn Windows Features on or off. Find Remote Differential Compression, uncheck the check box then click ok. To effect this, you must reboot the operating system.
